Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to the Training-Simplified Support website and the training services you buy from us.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Simplified Support Ltd (company number 16358501), registered office: The Hand Stadium, Davis Lane, Clevedon, BS21 6TG, United Kingdom. You can contact us at Jessica@SimplifiedSupport.co.uk or by telephone on 0330 043 0263.

2. What you can buy

We sell online training for SEND, EHCP and EBSA professionals:

  • Foundation plan (free) — five foundation courses at no charge.
  • Full Library subscription (£24 per month) — access to the full course library, including premium specialist training and CPD certificates, billed monthly until you cancel.
  • Organisation plan (custom pricing) — access for teams in schools and services, priced and invoiced individually.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on our pricing page. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you order. If we change the subscription price we will tell you in advance, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal.

3. Your account

You need an account to access courses. You must keep your login details confidential and must not share your account with anyone else. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

4. Ordering and payment

When you place an order you are offering to buy a subscription on these terms. A contract is formed when we accept your order and give you access to the paid content. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is taken using the payment method you provide at checkout.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You have legal cancellation and refund rights, explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Using the training

Course content is for your own professional development. You may view and use it for that purpose, but you must not copy, share, resell, publish or distribute course content, or give access to anyone who has not paid for it. Certificates of completion are issued for your own CPD records.

7. Our content and your rights

All course content, text, graphics and materials belong to Simplified Support Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Buying a subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content while your subscription is active — it does not transfer ownership to you.

8. What the training is not

Our training provides general educational information about SEND, EHCP and EBSA. It is not legal, medical, psychological or other professional advice for any individual child or case, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your specific circumstances.

9. Our responsibility to you

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If digital content we supply is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses if you are buying as a consumer.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website and courses available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend access for maintenance or updates. We may update course content and these terms from time to time; we will show the current terms on this page and, for significant changes, let subscribers know.

11. Complaints and contact

If something has gone wrong, contact us at Jessica@SimplifiedSupport.co.uk or 0330 043 0263 and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law in your home country gives you additional rights.
