Simplified Support takes safeguarding seriously.
This website provides general EOTAS information and support. It is not an emergency service, statutory safeguarding service or replacement for children’s social care, the police, medical services or other statutory agencies.
The website is not monitored continuously.
It does not automatically contact schools, local authorities, emergency services or other organisations on a user’s behalf.
Immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
If you are worried that a child may be at risk of harm, contact the relevant local authority children’s services team or the police.
Do not rely on this website or email for an urgent response.
If a safeguarding concern is raised directly with Simplified Support, we may:
- listen carefully
- record only information that is necessary
- explain the limits of confidentiality
- consider whether information needs to be shared lawfully with an appropriate service
- cooperate with statutory agencies where legally required
- pause or decline work where continuing may create a safety concern
