Cancelling and refunds
Before you pay, here is exactly what you can expect if you change your mind. These are your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14-day cancellation right
If you buy online as a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel. If you ask to start your course access straight away and use it during that period, we may reduce your refund to reflect what you have used.

How to cancel
Cancel from your account page, use the contact form, or email Jessica@SimplifiedSupport.co.uk. A short message saying you wish to cancel is enough — no reason required.

Monthly subscriptions
Cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after that.

Refund timing
Any refund due is made within 14 days of us accepting your cancellation, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Organisation plans are invoiced and cancellation is set out in your written agreement with us. Something not right with your training? Tell us and we will put it right, as set out in our Cancellation & Refunds policy and Terms & Conditions.
