Cancellations and Refunds

This policy applies to appointments and service arrangements made through the EOTAS Simplified Support website.

This EOTAS website currently does not take online payments.

If a separate paid service is arranged through another Simplified Support website, the cancellation and refund terms for that website will apply.

Use the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email where one is available.

There is currently no family-side reschedule function on this EOTAS website.

If you need a different appointment, cancel the existing appointment and use /book to arrange another one.

If Simplified Support needs to cancel an appointment or cannot provide an agreed service, we will contact you and explain the available options.

This may include arranging another appointment or providing any refund that is due under the relevant agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
